Esports Performance Stats Calculator
Calculate key esports metrics: KDA ratio, win rate, CS per minute, headshot percentage, and top 10 rate for MOBA, FPS, and Battle Royale games.
Why Esports Statistics Matter Competitive gaming has developed a rich statistical language drawn from traditional sports analytics. Tracking performance metrics helps players identify weaknesses, measure improvement, and set realistic ranked goals. Different game genres use different core statistics — a MOBA player cares about CS/min, while a Battle Royale player tracks damage per game.
KDA Ratio (MOBA) KDA = (Kills + Assists) / max(Deaths, 1) KDA measures your positive contributions relative to how often you die. A KDA of 3.0 means you earn 3 kill/assist credits for every death. The max(Deaths, 1) prevents division by zero on a perfect game. KDA above 5.0 is considered elite at most ranks. Professional players often average 4–8 KDA in organized play. Note: KDA does not account for the quality of kills (fed vs. weak targets) or game impact.
Kill/Death Ratio (FPS) K/D = Kills / max(Deaths, 1) In first-person shooters, K/D is the primary combat efficiency metric. A K/D above 1.0 means you get more kills than deaths on average. Top 10% of players typically have K/D of 1.5–2.0; professionals often reach 1.8–3.0 in competitive modes. K/D alone does not measure objective play or team contribution.
Headshot Percentage (FPS) HS% = (Headshots / Kills) × 100 Headshots deal bonus damage in most FPS games and indicate aim precision. In games like CS2/Counter-Strike, professional players average 40–60% HS%. In Valorant, 25–45% is typical at high ranks. Very high HS% (above 70%) in some games indicates spray-heavy playstyles rather than pure precision.
CS per Minute (MOBA — League of Legends, Dota 2) CS/min = Total Minions Killed / Game Duration in Minutes CS (Creep Score or Last Hits) is the primary source of gold income for carry players. In League of Legends, 8+ CS/min is considered good; 10+ is excellent; 12+ is professional-tier. In Dota 2, 10+ last hits per minute at the 10-minute mark indicates strong lane control. CS numbers drop in late game as team fights take priority over farming.
Win Rate Win Rate % = (Wins / Games Played) × 100 A 50% win rate is exactly average — you climb ranks if consistently above 50%. To climb meaningfully, aim for 55%+ win rate. A 60%+ win rate accelerates rank progression rapidly. Win rate is most meaningful after 50+ games; small samples can be heavily influenced by luck.
Battle Royale Metrics In Battle Royale games (Fortnite, PUBG, Warzone, Apex Legends), surviving to the final stages matters as much as kills. Top 10% finish rate, average kills per game, and damage per game paint a fuller picture than K/D alone. Aggressive players may have high K/D but low win rates; strategic players may have lower K/D but more wins.
