Wedding seating depends on guest count, table shape, and room size.
Common table types and capacity:

- Round tables: ~100 sq ft (9.3 sq m) per table
- Rectangular: ~80 sq ft (7.4 sq m) per table
Additional space needs:
- Dance floor: 4.5 sq ft (0.4 sq m) per dancer (usually 33% of guests)
- Head table: 8 linear feet (2.4 m) per person on one side
- Buffet: ~100 sq ft (9.3 sq m) per station
