Udemy has three revenue channels with different payout rates:
1. Instructor Promotions (Your Own Links) When a student buys through your referral link or coupon: You keep 97% of the sale price (after payment processing).
2. Udemy Marketplace Sales When Udemy drives organic discovery: You keep 37% of the sale price.
