Immigration Application Fee Calculator
Look up current USCIS immigration application fees for green cards, citizenship, work permits, family visas, and adjustment of status applications.
Immigration application fee estimation calculates the total government filing fees required for various US immigration processes. USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) charges fees for each form and benefit type, and many processes require multiple forms filed simultaneously.
Total immigration cost formula: Total Application Cost = Σ Form Filing Fees + Biometrics Fee + Medical Exam + Attorney Fee + Document Translation + Other Costs
Where:
- Form Filing Fees — USCIS fee for each specific form (varies by form type; see table)
- Biometrics Fee — $85 (fingerprinting and photo) — charged with most I-485 and naturalization applications
- Medical Exam — required for green card applications; $200–$500 depending on physician and required vaccinations
- Attorney Fee — $1,500–$5,000+ for full representation depending on case complexity
