Twitch Revenue Streams
1. Subscriptions Viewers can subscribe at Tier 1 ($4.99), Tier 2 ($9.99), or Tier 3 ($24.99). Affiliates receive 50% of sub revenue — $2.50 per Tier 1 sub. Partners may negotiate higher revenue splits (up to 70%).
2. Bits Virtual currency viewers use to cheer in chat. 1 Bit = $0.01 to the streamer.
3. Ad Revenue Twitch runs ads automatically or on demand. CPM (cost per thousand views) averages $2–$5. This calculator uses $3.50.
4. Donations / Tips Direct payments via StreamLabs, StreamElements, or PayPal. 100% goes to the streamer (minus payment processing fees).
